Returns

How to Raise a Return Request

Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to info@gaganasilks.com with:

  • Order details

  • Reason for return

For damaged or incorrect items, it is mandatory to include:

  • A photograph of the product

  • The price tag

  • The packaging cover received

Our support team will review the return request and, upon approval, further instructions will be shared.

Return Shipping

Once a return is approved:

  • The product must be packed securely and shipped to the address provided by our support team.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition – unused, unaltered, with the original saree folding intact, price tag, and silk mark tag (if applicable) present.

📦 Reverse pickup is not available for damaged/defective/incorrect items in certain pin codes. Customers from such areas are required to arrange the courier themselves to send the product to our store address.

  • For orders where free shipping was applied, an onward logistics cost of ₹150 per item will be deducted

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved by our Quality Assurance Team, a gift card will be issued to the customer.

  • The gift card will include only the cost of the product.

  • Other costs, including shipping and additional charges, will not be refunded.

Note on International Orders

📍 We do not accept returns for international orders (i.e., orders from outside India).

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Gagana Silks offers reliable shipping across India.

  • Courier charges are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order.

  • Shipping timelines will be shared with customers in advance.

All products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
If the package appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Acceptance of the package implies that the product was received in good, sealed condition.

Multiple Addresses:
If you require delivery to more than one address, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.


International Shipping

  • Shipping is available to countries outside India.

  • Shipping charges apply for international deliveries.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping timelines will be communicated in advance.

Packages are securely packed in tamper-proof materials. Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with.
